Job Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive service delivery ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively managing escalations and recognizing opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate and oversee technical teams, monitor their performance, and foster continuous process improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in storage administration.
- At least 4 recent years of intense hands-on experience with Powerscale (Isilon).
- A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience working with Powerstore storage systems is mandatory.
Additional Information
- Candidates must have an official notice period of less than 45 days.
- Work location is Bangalore with a hybrid work model.
- Position involves rotational shifts.
