Job Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive service delivery ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively managing escalations and recognizing opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate and oversee technical teams, monitor their performance, and foster continuous process improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in storage administration.
• At least 4 recent years of intense hands-on experience with Powerscale (Isilon).
• A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience working with Powerstore storage systems is mandatory.

Additional Information

• Candidates must have an official notice period of less than 45 days.
• Work location is Bangalore with a hybrid work model.
• Position involves rotational shifts.
