Role Overview
Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Store Stock Operator where you will act as a vital link between the stockroom and the sales floor. Working closely with the Stock Manager or Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze store sales and KPIs in collaboration with the Store Manager to identify sales opportunities.
- Ensure that daily replenishment of goods is performed accurately and efficiently.
- Train store employees on inventory management policies and standards.
- Maintain well-presented, organized, and correctly labeled merchandise both on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Organize and oversee the stockroom’s operations.
- Support the sales floor team as needed.
