Reporting primarily to the GTH Head, the EA also supports the wider senior leadership group by managing priorities, information flow, and schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders. This role significantly surpasses traditional administrative functions, acting as a strategic partner who exercises sound judgment, discretion, and proactive agenda management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the GTH Head's calendar across time zones to protect strategic priorities and resolve conflicts preemptively; assist scheduling for other senior leaders as needed.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visas, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Prepare comprehensive pre-meeting briefs, reading materials, and follow-up action trackers to optimize executive productivity.
  • Act as the primary contact point for the GTH Head’s office by filtering correspondence, escalating key priorities, and directing inquiries appropriately; extend similar support for cross-functional senior leadership matters.
  • Engage with global C-suite offices at LS&Co., GTH senior leadership, functional heads, external partners, and governmental or industry bodies on behalf of the GTH Head and leadership team.
  • Draft, review, and finalize high-quality executive communications such as leadership emails, board documentation, and town hall messages.
  • Organize leadership meetings, offsite events, quarterly business reviews, and town halls by managing logistics, setting agendas, preparing materials, and documenting minutes.
  • Create polished, McKinsey-style presentations and documents for board reviews, executive committee updates, and strategy sessions.
  • Monitor and follow up on open action items from leadership meetings, maintaining accountability across functions.
  • Oversee management of GTH Head’s expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor approvals aligned with company policies; provide delegated administrative assistance to other senior leaders.
  • Coordinate with Facilities, IT, HR, and Finance departments to ensure efficient leadership operations.
  • Maintain confidential files, contracts, and sensitive organizational data with utmost discretion.
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives, including research assignments and cross-functional coordination.
  • Assist with onboarding senior hires, organizing leadership engagement events, and collaborating with global HR and talent acquisition teams.
  • Conduct competitor and benchmarking research, prepare capability presentations, and deliver additional analyses as requested.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field; a postgraduate degree is advantageous.
  • Have 5 to 9 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to C-suite executives or senior leadership within GTH, multinational corporations, consulting firms, or large Indian conglomerates.
  • Demonstrate ability to independently manage complex, multi-timezone calendars.
  • Exhibit exceptional written English skills, capable of producing executive-level communications and presentations.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and collaborative tools such as SharePoint, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Show exemplary integrity in handling confidential information.

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience supporting leadership in consumer goods, retail, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with GTH or Shared Services models and matrix organizational structures.
  • Proven expertise in managing international travel logistics including visa and protocol aspects for senior executives.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Concur or other expense management platforms.

Core Competencies
