About Wynn Al Marjan Island
Slated to debut in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island is a luxurious and vibrant beachfront resort in the United Arab Emirates, designed for discerning visitors seeking relaxation and entertainment. Positioned under 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the resort will feature 1,530 guest rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and an upscale spa, all situated on a stunning island that curves into the Arabian Gulf.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Specialist to join Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Private Access team, responsible for delivering exceptional services to VIP guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customized services and amenities to VIP guests within exclusive access areas.
- Participate in organizing and executing special events, unique experiences, and activities for guests.
- Promptly address guest requests with precision and confidentiality.
- Assist the Manager and team in enforcing standards of privacy and discretion.
- Collaborate closely with butlers, coordinators, and other departments to guarantee flawless service.
- Keep comprehensive records of guest preferences and service encounters.
- Manage guest feedback professionally, resolving any issues effectively.
- Ensure adherence to Forbes Five Star quality standards at all times.
- Maintain impeccable appearance, etiquette, and service excellence consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality or private residence service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong capability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs with personalized attention.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and meticulousness.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience and training in Forbes Travel Guide standards is mandatory.
