Position Overview

We are looking for a Specialist to join Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Private Access team, responsible for delivering exceptional services to VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized services and amenities to VIP guests within exclusive access areas.
• Participate in organizing and executing special events, unique experiences, and activities for guests.
• Promptly address guest requests with precision and confidentiality.
• Assist the Manager and team in enforcing standards of privacy and discretion.
• Collaborate closely with butlers, coordinators, and other departments to guarantee flawless service.
• Keep comprehensive records of guest preferences and service encounters.
• Manage guest feedback professionally, resolving any issues effectively.
• Ensure adherence to Forbes Five Star quality standards at all times.
• Maintain impeccable appearance, etiquette, and service excellence consistently.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in luxury hospitality or private residence service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong capability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs with personalized attention.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and meticulousness.
• Multilingual skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience and training in Forbes Travel Guide standards is mandatory.
