Role overview

Takamol Holding is seeking an accomplished senior leader to head its Services & Data Solutions vertical. This position focuses on shaping and delivering modern digital offerings and data-led services that contribute to socio-economic development programs.

What you will do

• Own the Services & Data Solutions vertical and keep its direction aligned with the wider organizational strategy and commercial goals.
• Develop solution approaches, contribute to RFP submissions, and establish partnerships that help unlock new business opportunities.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure strong quality standards, satisfied clients, and execution within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Create data-driven decision frameworks by using advanced analytics to influence business choices and product planning.
• Guide the creation and monetization of data products and digital services such as analytics platforms, dashboards, and AI-based solutions.
• Bring in new technologies to improve service delivery, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage, coach, and grow cross-functional teams that may include Project Managers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects.
• Encourage innovation, ongoing improvement, and high technical standards across the function.

Qualifications and experience

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline, along with at least 12 years of experience in IT solutions, digital products, government services, or similar sectors. Candidates should also bring 3 to 5 years of leadership experience managing strong-performing teams.

Required expertise

• Deep background in enterprise integration, including APIs, microservices, and middleware.
• Strong command of product lifecycle management, scaling products, and taking solutions to market.
• Practical experience with cloud services and contemporary digital platforms.
• Working knowledge of data and business intelligence, including big data, data governance, and visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance expectations in government settings.
• Familiarity with newer technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, internet of things, and blockchain.
• Demonstrated success in product creation, pre-sales, and large-scale digital transformation programs, especially in socio-economic environments.
