Role overview
This position sits within Takamol Solutions Company and is focused on leading HR consulting assignments for external clients. The role is responsible for shaping strategic people solutions that help organizations improve performance and support broader transformation goals.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end HR consulting projects for external clients.
- Develop people and organization solutions that align with business objectives and transformation priorities.
- Manage client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Contribute to proposals and support business development efforts when needed.
Experience and expertise needed
- At least 8 years of experience in HR consulting, management consulting, or HR transformation consulting.
- Background from a respected consulting environment such as a Big Four firm, a Tier 1/Tier 2 consultancy, or a specialized HR advisory firm.
- Demonstrated success in leading consulting engagements and working directly with clients.
- Strong capability across most of the following areas: HR strategy and operating model design, organization design and workforce planning, talent management and succession planning, leadership assessment and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR transformation and change management, HR policies, and governance and operating procedures.
- Excellent project coordination, stakeholder handling, analytical thinking, and presentation abilities.

Education
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required. A master's degree will be considered an advantage.

The role is a full-time, onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
