Role overview
We are hiring a Senior Technical Business Analyst to act as the link between business teams and technology teams, with a focus on moving supply chain applications onto modern cloud-based platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, clarify, and document both business and technical needs for the cloud migration program.
- Partner with stakeholders to compare the current-state architecture with the target future-state design.
- Convert business objectives into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Assist with API requirements, system integration mapping, and data model definition.
- Run workshops and contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
- Prepare acceptance criteria and provide support during user acceptance testing.
- Flag migration-related risks, dependencies, and potential business impacts.
- Help ensure the solution supports modernization outcomes such as automation, scalability, and real-time information flow.
Required background
- Proven business analysis experience in technology transformation or cloud migration initiatives.
- Working understanding of APIs, integrations, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery approaches.
- Exposure to Supply Chain or Claims systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and produce clear documentation.
