Senior Technical Business Analyst

Role overview

We are hiring a Senior Technical Business Analyst to act as the link between business teams and technology teams, with a focus on moving supply chain applications onto modern cloud-based platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document both business and technical needs for the cloud migration program.
• Partner with stakeholders to compare the current-state architecture with the target future-state design.
• Convert business objectives into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Assist with API requirements, system integration mapping, and data model definition.
• Run workshops and contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
• Prepare acceptance criteria and provide support during user acceptance testing.
• Flag migration-related risks, dependencies, and potential business impacts.
• Help ensure the solution supports modernization outcomes such as automation, scalability, and real-time information flow.

Required background

• Proven business analysis experience in technology transformation or cloud migration initiatives.
• Working understanding of APIs, integrations, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery approaches.
• Exposure to Supply Chain or Claims systems is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and produce clear documentation.
