Overview
Generali Central Life Insurance invites applications for the role of Senior Sales Manager based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates with backgrounds in insurance and banking sales are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and activate advisors in alignment with the monthly targets.
- Maintain consistent productivity levels of active advisors as outlined in the plan.
- Develop strong interpersonal relationships to smoothly facilitate business operations.
- Conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to assess their performance, providing guidance to ensure their career advancement from TA to SA and AO roles within the agency structure.
- Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition through both face-to-face and digital channels.
- Engage in weekly review sessions with the reporting manager to track progress and strategize.
- Participate actively in all company-led meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure completion of a minimum of two joint calls per day.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
