Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and activate advisors in alignment with the monthly targets.
• Maintain consistent productivity levels of active advisors as outlined in the plan.
• Develop strong interpersonal relationships to smoothly facilitate business operations.
• Conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to assess their performance, providing guidance to ensure their career advancement from TA to SA and AO roles within the agency structure.
• Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition through both face-to-face and digital channels.
• Engage in weekly review sessions with the reporting manager to track progress and strategize.
• Participate actively in all company-led meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure completion of a minimum of two joint calls per day.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
