Senior Product Manager

About the Role

As a Principal Product Manager at an AI-native B2B company based in London, you will take full ownership of a core product area, shaping and delivering value from initial customer discovery through to shipping and validation in a matter of weeks. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role focused on building impactful products rather than team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product ownership, including developing strategy, building solutions, and ensuring commercial success.
• Conduct deep customer discovery by engaging directly with users to understand problems first-hand.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and research scientists in small pods to tackle real customer challenges with fast delivery cycles.
• Drive multiple mission pods, guiding product direction from concept to production, revenue generation, and customer self-sufficiency.
• Set standards for AI usage in product design and delivery, balancing innovation with practical applications for enterprise clients.
• Manage stakeholders through rapid transformations without requiring excessive oversight.

Candidate Profile

• A skilled product builder with a strong focus on customer discovery and user experience design.
• Experienced in leveraging embedded AI thoughtfully to create and ship products customers want to use.
• Track record of taking products from zero to one, deploying them in production, and generating verifiable revenue.
• Preferably experienced in B2B environments, though exceptional B2C product creators with enterprise insights are welcome.
• Passionate about hands-on product development without transitioning into people management roles.
• Capable of earning trust quickly and influencing others without formal authority.

Working Environment

The company operates with a flat, lean, AI-native culture that values high trust. Teams work in mission-based pods with short build and ship cycles, maintaining direct customer contact. Decisions are made collaboratively in-person, requiring on-site presence in London three days per week.

Compensation and Process

• Competitive base salary up to £150,000, along with stock options and benefits.
• Hiring two Principal Product Managers with complementary skill sets—one focused on customer discovery and UX, and another on building agentic AI workflows.
• Interview process includes a leadership-led, interactive working session encouraging the use of AI tools, concluding with a discussion with the CEO.

Location

Hybrid role based in London with expected attendance in the office three days a week.
