Job Overview
Jasara Program Management Company is looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join its proactive team. The person selected will take charge of detailed planning and scheduling for construction projects, making sure deadlines are adhered to and project outputs are delivered on time. This role demands close interaction with project managers, engineers, and contractors to create effective project plans, supervise ongoing progress, and apply corrective measures when needed. A sharp analytical approach paired with strong leadership abilities is crucial to efficiently propel projects forward.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in project planning and scheduling specifically in the construction sector
- Expertise using project management platforms such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools
- Deep knowledge of construction processes and scheduling methodologies
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and the aptitude to handle work-pressure effectively
- Proficient communication skills, including both written and oral forms
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively within team settings
