Overview
Conviction Hr Private Limited is hiring Senior Customer Services Executives for two key processes: UK Telecom and Banking. The work locations are in Thane and Malad, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers effectively.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries ensuring high-quality service.
- Promote additional products and services through upselling and cross-selling techniques wherever relevant.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to quality benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria
- For the UK Telecom Process: Candidates should have completed HSC or be graduates, freshers are eligible.
- For the Banking Process: Candidates must have completed HSC or be graduates with a minimum of six months of relevant experience.
Compensation Details
- UK Telecom Process:
- Freshers: ₹21,000 in-hand monthly salary.
- One year of experience: ₹27,000 in-hand monthly salary.
- Banking Process:
- 6 months to 1 year experience: Up to ₹30,000 fixed in-hand plus ₹3,500 in allowances monthly.
- Over 1 year experience: Up to ₹35,000 fixed in-hand plus ₹3,500 in allowances monthly.
