Their end-to-end consulting services span regulatory sciences, clinical research, quality and compliance, pharmacovigilance, medical information, and R&D technology across the product lifecycle.
Opportunity
ProPharma is expanding its Digital Transformation team and is looking to hire a Scientific Business Analyst based near Melbourne to work on a hybrid schedule. This is a one-year fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension.
Role Responsibilities
- Offer technical guidance on global scientific platforms for clients.
- Collect requirements, create process maps, and convert them into actionable workflows.
- Develop, validate, implement, and sustain scientific technology solutions.
- Ensure all systems comply with global governance and best practice standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external development teams during build and rollout stages.
- Create and conduct training sessions and materials to promote user adoption and standardization.
Required Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of scientific laboratory workflows and associated challenges within the life sciences sector, along with methods to address them.
- Proven experience in laboratory informatics business analysis.
- Strong skills in business analysis including gathering and documenting requirements.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Methodical and structured problem-solving approach.
