Opportunity

ProPharma is expanding its Digital Transformation team and is looking to hire a Scientific Business Analyst based near Melbourne to work on a hybrid schedule. This is a one-year fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension.

Role Responsibilities

• Offer technical guidance on global scientific platforms for clients.
• Collect requirements, create process maps, and convert them into actionable workflows.
• Develop, validate, implement, and sustain scientific technology solutions.
• Ensure all systems comply with global governance and best practice standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external development teams during build and rollout stages.
• Create and conduct training sessions and materials to promote user adoption and standardization.

Required Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of scientific laboratory workflows and associated challenges within the life sciences sector, along with methods to address them.
• Proven experience in laboratory informatics business analysis.
• Strong skills in business analysis including gathering and documenting requirements.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Methodical and structured problem-solving approach.
