Job description
Role Overview
This position involves leading the implementation and management of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, ensuring alignment with organizational compensation and rewards strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate business requirements pertaining to compensation processes.
- Configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
- Plan and design yearly compensation review cycles including merit increases, promotions, adjustments, and bonus allocations.
- Set up compensation worksheets, define guidelines, allocate budgets, establish eligibility parameters, and set planner permissions.
- Create and update compensation templates, routing maps, and approval workflows.
- Configure variable pay schemes, bonus calculation mechanisms, and payout formulas.
- Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to develop salary structures and overall compensation strategies.
- Assist integration efforts between Compensation, Employee Central, Performance Management, and Payroll systems.
- Lead system testing phases, support user acceptance testing, resolve defects, and oversee production deployment.
