Their premier product, NobleTable, integrates point-of-sale, QR menus, restaurant websites, online ordering, reservations, customer relationship management, and AI-based automation all into one comprehensive solution.
Role Overview
We seek an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to promote NobleTable to restaurants throughout Qatar. This position offers the chance to engage closely with restaurant owners and managers, building long-term relationships while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to restaurants to identify promising leads and potential customers.
- Demonstrate and present NobleTable’s features and benefits to restaurant decision-makers.
- Develop new leads through networking, field visits, and referrals.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to successfully convert them into paying customers.
- Foster and sustain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately document all sales-related activities and communications.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to assist in product and service improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Self-driven, confident, and oriented towards achieving measurable results.
- Comfortable engaging clients directly and working extensively in field environments.
- Prior sales experience, business development, or client-facing roles preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and confident in interacting with restaurant owners and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong time-management and organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with smartphones, email, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM or sales tools.
- Possession of a valid Qatar driving license is highly desirable; access to personal vehicle is an asset.
- Must legally reside in Qatar and be authorized to work.
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, SaaS, or technology sectors is beneficial.
