We seek a driven and disciplined inside sales professional to join our team. This role involves guiding prospective students, effectively persuading clients, finalizing enrollments, and maintaining ongoing communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise doctors and medical professionals regarding available courses and training opportunities.
• Engage and negotiate with clients to secure admissions.
• Manage all stages of the admission process.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with both potential and enrolled clients.
• Keep accurate records and updates related to leads and admissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic to good proficiency in English communication.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Competency in customer service and follow-up management.
• Effective time management and a professional approach.
• Preferred prior experience in counselling or sales.
• Ability to work with national and international clientele.
