Job Overview

We seek a driven and disciplined inside sales professional to join our team. This role involves guiding prospective students, effectively persuading clients, finalizing enrollments, and maintaining ongoing communication.

Key Responsibilities

Advise doctors and medical professionals regarding available courses and training opportunities.
Engage and negotiate with clients to secure admissions.
Manage all stages of the admission process.
Conduct consistent follow-ups with both potential and enrolled clients.
Keep accurate records and updates related to leads and admissions.
Collaborate with internal teams as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

Basic to good proficiency in English communication.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Competency in customer service and follow-up management.
Effective time management and a professional approach.
Preferred prior experience in counselling or sales.
Ability to work with national and international clientele.
Punctuality, discipline, and professionalism.
