Role Summary

Key Duties

• Impart fashion and product insights to enable customers to make well-informed purchases.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure outstanding service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain the sales floor and storage areas, keeping them fully stocked, orderly, and inviting.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Consistently represent yourself and H&M positively during customer engagements.

Team Environment

Our stores serve as the company's flagship customer experience settings. As a member of the Store Team—including various positions from Sales Advisors to management and visual merchandising—you will contribute to fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Cooperation extends beyond your store to the Area Team, promoting shared knowledge and collective success. Together, you help customers confidently express themselves with current and timeless fashion.

• Prior experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or related sectors.
