Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently excellent customer experiences aligned with PUMA’s brand values and service standards within the store.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective customer engagement.
- Ensure accurate, secure, and swift processing of sales transactions at checkout.
- Maintain store cleanliness, order, and adherence to PUMA’s visual merchandising standards.
- Manage and process incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.
- Follow all relevant company policies, procedures, core operational competencies, and key accountabilities.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant shopping and working environment.
- Adapt to irregular working schedules including weekends, holidays, evenings, and potential overtime as required.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail setting with a strong emphasis on customer service, ideally in apparel or footwear.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Quick learner with basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications.
- Physically capable of lifting or moving items weighing up to 30 pounds regularly.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges from $15 to $18 plus benefits applicable to part-time positions.
