Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently excellent customer experiences aligned with PUMA’s brand values and service standards within the store.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective customer engagement.
• Ensure accurate, secure, and swift processing of sales transactions at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness, order, and adherence to PUMA’s visual merchandising standards.
• Manage and process incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.
• Follow all relevant company policies, procedures, core operational competencies, and key accountabilities.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant shopping and working environment.
• Adapt to irregular working schedules including weekends, holidays, evenings, and potential overtime as required.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail setting with a strong emphasis on customer service, ideally in apparel or footwear.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Quick learner with basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications.
• Physically capable of lifting or moving items weighing up to 30 pounds regularly.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $15 to $18 plus benefits applicable to part-time positions.
