Role Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous checkout services ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Engage customers positively, address queries efficiently, and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with cash office duties such as banking, reconciliation, and investigating discrepancies.
- Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer service and overall store experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to perform accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including proficient cash handling.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Professionalism demonstrating integrity and alignment with Woolworths’ values and policies.
