Role Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous checkout services ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Engage customers positively, address queries efficiently, and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with cash office duties such as banking, reconciliation, and investigating discrepancies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.
• Contribute ideas to enhance customer service and overall store experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to perform accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including proficient cash handling.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
