About the Role
Hotel Paradise is seeking an experienced and decisive Restaurant Manager to oversee operations within our Pune location. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in managing both the bar and food service areas, including banquet functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead decision-making processes impacting restaurant service and operations
- Manage banquet services ensuring smooth execution
- Oversee bar and food beverage operations with comprehensive knowledge
- Supervise on-counter sales and maintain effective communication with corporate clients
- Handle food costing and coordinate effectively with the kitchen team
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 5 years of professional experience managing bar and restaurant environments
- Expertise in food costing and kitchen team management
- Proven track record in handling banquet events
- Strong ability to interact with corporate clientele through on-counter sales
- Decision-maker with leadership qualities
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between 20,000 and 30,000 INR.
