About the Role

Hotel Paradise is seeking an experienced and decisive Restaurant Manager to oversee operations within our Pune location. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in managing both the bar and food service areas, including banquet functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead decision-making processes impacting restaurant service and operations
• Manage banquet services ensuring smooth execution
• Oversee bar and food beverage operations with comprehensive knowledge
• Supervise on-counter sales and maintain effective communication with corporate clients
• Handle food costing and coordinate effectively with the kitchen team

Required Experience and Skills

• At least 5 years of professional experience managing bar and restaurant environments
• Expertise in food costing and kitchen team management
• Proven track record in handling banquet events
• Strong ability to interact with corporate clientele through on-counter sales
• Decision-maker with leadership qualities

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between 20,000 and 30,000 INR.
