What you’ll do
- Follow food safety rules, standard operating procedures, health and safety requirements, and company programs and policies.
- Order, receive, and display products while following inventory control processes.
- Deliver strong customer service and help meet customer needs.
- Support sales by promoting featured items.
- Maintain the back room and sales floor so the area stays clean and ready for customers.
- Prepare customer orders when needed.
- Handle department shrink tasks as required.
- Help train junior team members.
- Carry out other assigned duties.
What you bring
- Ability to work on your own in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Strong speaking and writing communication skills.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and reaching.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
