What you’ll do

• Follow food safety rules, standard operating procedures, health and safety requirements, and company programs and policies.
• Order, receive, and display products while following inventory control processes.
• Deliver strong customer service and help meet customer needs.
• Support sales by promoting featured items.
• Maintain the back room and sales floor so the area stays clean and ready for customers.
• Prepare customer orders when needed.
• Handle department shrink tasks as required.
• Help train junior team members.
• Carry out other assigned duties.

What you bring

• Ability to work on your own in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Strong speaking and writing communication skills.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
