Role Overview
This remote service desk role focuses on helping users with technical and operational issues while keeping service quality and customer experience strong. The position blends support-focused communication with hands-on troubleshooting to resolve requests efficiently.
Compensation
The monthly pay for this position is between $5,800 and $7,300.
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming service desk tickets and user requests.
- Investigate and resolve technical as well as system-related problems.
- Deliver assistance remotely through phone, email, and chat.
- Record support cases and the steps taken to resolve them.
- Route cases that cannot be solved immediately to the correct team or level.
- Work toward required service levels and response-time targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous exposure to service desk, help desk, or technical support work is preferred.
- Clear communication and strong customer service skills are important.
- You should be comfortable diagnosing and solving technical issues.
- Experience with ticketing tools or systems is useful.
