Role Overview

Compensation

The monthly pay for this position is between $5,800 and $7,300.

What You’ll Do

• Handle incoming service desk tickets and user requests.
• Investigate and resolve technical as well as system-related problems.
• Deliver assistance remotely through phone, email, and chat.
• Record support cases and the steps taken to resolve them.
• Route cases that cannot be solved immediately to the correct team or level.
• Work toward required service levels and response-time targets.

• Previous exposure to service desk, help desk, or technical support work is preferred.
• Clear communication and strong customer service skills are important.
• You should be comfortable diagnosing and solving technical issues.
• Experience with ticketing tools or systems is useful.
