Recruitment Research Executive

About the Role

EZSpace Ventures is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Research Executive to join their team based in Ahmedabad. This full-time onsite position offers a salary range of ₹2.8 to ₹4.2 lakhs per annum and is ideal for professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or related fields. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on current job openings throughout the Canadian market.
• Identify key personnel such as hiring managers, recruiters, and HR professionals at target organizations.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, RocketReach, and other research tools to generate new employer leads.
• Execute advanced internet searches including Boolean queries to enhance data gathering.
• Build and nurture relationships with employers through professional outreach efforts.
• Keep CRM systems and recruitment databases accurately updated.
• Collaborate effectively with recruiters to align potential employers with suitable candidates.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Research, or Lead Generation roles.
• Proficiency in internet research and Boolean search methods.
• Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to network professionally.
• Experience navigating LinkedIn and lead generation tools such as Apollo.io and RocketReach.
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing employer and candidate data.
• Ability and willingness to operate in alignment with Canadian time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working specifically in Canadian recruitment.
• Skills in managing employer relationships.
• Experience with international recruitment processes.

Additional Information

• Work location is strictly Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with no remote work options.
• This is a work-from-office position requiring dedicated presence at the company premises.
