Job Overview
We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to design and execute effective recruitment plans and manage various hiring processes at Kotak Life Insurance, Kolkata. This role involves interacting with candidates, improving hiring strategies, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to company needs.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews of job candidates to select suitable hires.
- Continuously monitor and assess recruitment performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Provide training and support aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of recruitment teams.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure recruitment success and areas for growth.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting positive experiences and feedback related to the organization.
- Explore and develop improvements within the hiring procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all recruitment activities observe relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential clients via lead generation and referrals to support business development goals.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to optimize recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Compensation Package
Salary range for this role is between 20000 and 40000 INR per month.
