Job Overview

• Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure recruitment success and areas for growth.
• Enhance employer branding by promoting positive experiences and feedback related to the organization.
• Explore and develop improvements within the hiring procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure all recruitment activities observe relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential clients via lead generation and referrals to support business development goals.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to optimize recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Compensation Package

Salary range for this role is between 20000 and 40000 INR per month.
