What the role involves
- Partner with Business Development Managers to help source and place candidates into open industrial roles.
- Stay connected with your candidate network by building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Carry out pre-employment screening such as reference checks, interviews, and qualification verification.
- Support field employees during their placements by providing responsive and high-quality service.
- Contribute to projects that create positive outcomes and support change in the community.
