WorkPac is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join its Industrial Recruitment team in Mackay, Queensland. This is a good fit for someone who thrives in a busy administration or customer service environment and is ready for a fresh challenge.

What the role involves

  • Partner with Business Development Managers to help source and place candidates into open industrial roles.
  • Stay connected with your candidate network by building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Carry out pre-employment screening such as reference checks, interviews, and qualification verification.
  • Support field employees during their placements by providing responsive and high-quality service.
  • Contribute to projects that create positive outcomes and support change in the community.
