Role Overview
We seek an experienced Recruiter to join us in Austin, TX on a contract basis to scale our global Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, focusing particularly on post-sales roles such as Customer Success and Global Services & Support. This role involves designing and executing tailored recruitment strategies while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and hire top talent specifically for our post-sales GTM teams.
- Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and create effective talent acquisition approaches.
- Screen applicants and lead candidate debrief sessions to pinpoint ideal matches.
- Analyze recruiting data and maintain dashboards to monitor pipeline health and recruitment effectiveness.
- Leverage business and industry trends to continuously enhance employer branding and recruiting strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow recruitment team members to promote team growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum four years of comprehensive recruiting experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills; adept at interpreting recruiting metrics and contributing to strategic planning.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is advantageous.
- Background recruiting in SaaS or cloud computing sectors is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
For U.S.-based candidates, the anticipated on-target earnings range from $35,000 to $65,000 annually, with individual offers varying based on location, skills, and experience.
