Job Summary

We are hiring a Recruiter for a part-time remote position initially paid hourly for 30 to 60 days, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role including bonuses based on performance. The recruiter will manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine role requirements
Create and implement effective recruitment strategies
Manage job postings, resume reviews, background checks, and extend job offers

Requirements

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational capabilities and time management skills
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred experience in HR or a related discipline
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related area

Additional Information

The role begins part-time with hourly wages and has the potential to become full-time within 30 to 90 days contingent on meeting performance goals.
