Job Summary

We are hiring a Recruiter for a part-time remote position initially paid hourly for 30 to 60 days, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role including bonuses based on performance. The recruiter will manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine role requirements
• Create and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Manage job postings, resume reviews, background checks, and extend job offers

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational capabilities and time management skills
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Preferred experience in HR or a related discipline
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related area

The role begins part-time with hourly wages and has the potential to become full-time within 30 to 90 days contingent on meeting performance goals.
