React JS + Node JS Developer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled React JS and Node JS developer to create dynamic and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration and optimized application performance. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-centric web applications with React.js technology.
• Construct scalable backend services and RESTful APIs utilizing Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
• Integrate frontend interfaces with backend services to ensure cohesive functionality.
• Design and enhance database schemas and query performance.
• Implement robust authentication and authorization systems.
• Collaborate effectively with teams across various functions to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and optimize systems for best performance.
• Engage in code reviews and participate actively in Agile development cycles.
• Maintain high standards for application security, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 24 to 36 months of practical experience in developing applications with React.js and Node.js.
• Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6 and later versions).
• Hands-on expertise with React.js including Hooks, Redux state management, and React Router.
• Proficient in Node.js and Express.js backend development.
• Experienced in creating and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Knowledgeable with MongoDB or relational SQL databases.
• Well-versed in HTML5, CSS3, and designing for responsive layouts.
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Understanding and application of JWT/OAuth for authentication purposes.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using TypeScript for enhanced code quality.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud platform services.
• Competency with Docker and containerization tools.
• Familiarity with Next.js framework.
• Experience implementing Redis for caching solutions.
• Knowledge of WebSockets and Socket.IO for real-time communication.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipeline setups.
• Exposure to Microservices architectural patterns.
