Role Overview
We are currently looking for a proficient Computer Vision Engineer who has substantial experience building and deploying deep learning models focused on real-time image and video analysis. This role requires solid expertise in computer vision, deep learning frameworks, and edge device deployment technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and fine-tune deep learning models for diverse computer vision tasks including object detection, image recognition, segmentation, and video analytics.
- Lead and manage large-scale real-time video streaming projects involving over 100 video feeds.
- Utilize and optimize CNNs and Vision Transformer models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ONNX frameworks.
- Create and deploy inference pipelines leveraging NVIDIA technologies such as NGC models, TAO Toolkit, DeepStream Metropolis, and Triton Inference Server.
- Apply advanced pre-processing and post-processing methods to enhance model effectiveness and validate performance.
- Implement multi-object tracking algorithms across multiple camera inputs; conduct camera calibration and extract regions of interest (ROI); perform action recognition using temporal analysis.
- Develop feature extraction models and devise strategies for manipulating and analyzing latent data spaces.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries; familiarity with NoSQL or Graph Databases like Neo4j is beneficial.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible is a plus.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes is advantageous.
