Key Responsibilities

• Possess strong expertise in GD&T principles, fits and tolerances, and aerospace-grade materials.
• Understand quality management systems deeply, specifically ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Apply supply chain knowledge to identify potential risks, manage them effectively, and develop suitable mitigation strategies.
• Assess manufacturing cycle times, negotiate with suppliers, and seek opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancements.
• Promote competitiveness and high performance within the trusted supplier network, consistently achieving on-time delivery (OTD).
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely task completion within budget constraints.
• Plan supplier capacity, evaluate capabilities, and allocate work accurately based on project forecasts.
• Lead supplier onboarding processes and conduct regular audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain supplier performance metrics and drive ongoing improvements based on data.
• Promptly address non-conformances to minimize project disruptions.
• Support team members in delivering error-free work that meets deadlines.
• Align tasks to project goals and complete responsibilities within budget limits.
• Mentor team members on standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Focus on meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) to support individual growth trajectories.
• Develop and implement personal performance and economic advancement plans.
• Demonstrate initiative and courage to explore innovative ideas and learn from setbacks.
• Use advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and other MS Office tools effectively.
• Experience in handling leading ERP software platforms.
