Overview

This is an 18-month contract opportunity for a Project Manager to support sales strategy and transformation initiatives aimed at business growth year over year. The role is fully remote, open to candidates working within any continental U.S. time zone, and pays between $30 and $35 per hour.

Interview Process

Initial stage will involve a 30-minute phone screening.
Final interview includes showcasing a few significant projects the candidate has managed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee programs focused on sales transformation priorities such as organizational redesign, headcount planning, and go-to-market strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and stakeholder communications to track decisions, dependencies, and pending tasks to prevent any oversight.
Develop and maintain executive-level communications, including decision logs and detailed program documentation.
Support the planning and execution of key operational rhythms, including leadership reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and external partners like ZS Associates to define program scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor initiative progress actively, identifying risks and devising mitigation strategies.
Assist with change management related to new go-to-market motions, coverage models, and sales initiatives.
Prepare program status reports and briefing materials for the Chief Strategy Office and senior leadership stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

At least 5 years’ experience in program management, strategy operations, or chief of staff roles.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and engage senior leaders effectively.
Exceptional written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
Aptitude for working in dynamic and ambiguous environments where priorities may shift rapidly.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalents.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage but not a requirement.

Technical Skills

Supporting sales with financial and marketing teams rather than direct selling.
Familiarity with reseller programs.
Experience or familiarity with AI tools such as Dragon Boat and Claude.
Knowledge of Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Office suites.
