About the Role and Organization

This full-time position is based at Wake Forest University Health Sciences under the Office of Pathway Programs. It is dedicated to developing, executing, and evaluating pathway initiatives that support educational advancement from K-12 to professional levels, aligned with Wake Forest School of Medicine's mission. The role involves close collaboration with the Associate Director to create experiential learning opportunities fostering career development and a sustainable healthcare workforce.

Key Job Functions

  • Plan, coordinate, and launch pathway program activities, curricula, and workshops focused on character, leadership, and personal flourishing.
  • Work alongside faculty, staff, and mentors to incorporate character development within existing programs.

  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of program resources including communications, newsletters, educational documents, and reporting materials.
