About the Role

Join Deutsche Post DHL as a postman delivering packages and letters in Westerholt. This role involves distribution of mail and parcels using company-provided tools and vehicles, including fully electric cars.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage of 17.92 euros according to tariff, inclusive of 50% Christmas bonus and possible regional labor market allowance.
Additional 50% Christmas bonus paid in November.
Holiday pay up to 332 euros.
Possibility to start immediately on a fixed-term full-time contract at 38.5 hours per week.
Compensation for overtime and extra pay for voluntary standby duties.

Primary Responsibilities

Delivering letters and parcels at the assigned location using designated tools.
Performing deliveries five days per week between Monday and Saturday.
Handling shipments generally weighing less than 10 kilograms.
Operating company vehicles for deliveries including fully electric models.

Candidate Profile

Possession of a valid driver's license for passenger cars.
Ability to communicate effectively in German.
Physical resilience to work in various weather conditions and ability to handle physical tasks.
