About the Role
Join Deutsche Post DHL as a postman delivering packages and letters in Westerholt. This role involves distribution of mail and parcels using company-provided tools and vehicles, including fully electric cars.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage of 17.92 euros according to tariff, inclusive of 50% Christmas bonus and possible regional labor market allowance.
- Additional 50% Christmas bonus paid in November.
- Holiday pay up to 332 euros.
- Possibility to start immediately on a fixed-term full-time contract at 38.5 hours per week.
- Compensation for overtime and extra pay for voluntary standby duties.

Primary Responsibilities
- Delivering letters and parcels at the assigned location using designated tools.
- Performing deliveries five days per week between Monday and Saturday.
- Handling shipments generally weighing less than 10 kilograms.
- Operating company vehicles for deliveries including fully electric models.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a valid driver's license for passenger cars.
- Ability to communicate effectively in German.
- Physical resilience to work in various weather conditions and ability to handle physical tasks.
- Dependability and dedication to the role.
