Circet Ireland's Power division is actively seeking Poling Operatives to strengthen our project teams. This role is vital in delivering high-quality services, maintaining productivity, and managing costs effectively. We serve leading Telecommunications, Transport Infrastructure, and Power sectors across Ireland and the UK, with a commitment to innovation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and remove utility poles, including outfitting new installations.
• Replace and renew existing drop-wires.
• Carry out replacement and renewal of overhead and underground joints on the ESB network.
• Complete all tasks in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Adhere strictly to Health and Safety legislation and internal company and client safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience operating Pole Erection Units and HIAB equipment.
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving goals and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Committed, hardworking team player capable of collaborative achievement.
• Proficient with computer technology and capable of using tablet devices.
• Possess operative-level Street Works qualifications including Cat Genny training.
• Holds a full Irish driving license; HGV Class 2 license required for crew members.
