About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-centric Parent Relationship Manager to enhance connections with prospective and current parents while supporting school admissions, retention, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential parents.
- Address and resolve parent inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Manage admission inquiries and provide expert guidance to parents.
- Conduct campus tours and follow up with parents regarding admissions.
- Meet admission targets and accurately maintain CRM records.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and provide support to school operations.
- Organize events and activities to engage parents.
- Prepare detailed reports while ensuring confidentiality of information.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is preferred.
- Up to 15 years of experience in admissions, counseling, CRM, sales, or customer service is ideal.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
