About the role
This is a broad, high-energy position focused on operational and administrative assistance across the business. You will act as a central contact for operational matters and AML/CDD-related questions, help keep day-to-day processes moving, and support the company in meeting internal standards as well as regulatory obligations.

- Prior experience in finance or a comparable support position is preferred, though not essential
Key responsibilities
- Respond to operational questions through phone, email, and face-to-face communication
- Assist with customer due diligence and compliance-related workflows
- Handle helpdesk issues, resolving them where possible and escalating when required
- Complete administrative work according to company procedures
- Support continuous improvements in processes and systems
- Help prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to training resources and wider business support tasks
- Work in coordination with internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly
